DigiAmulets™ are symbolic digital artworks, delivered as NFTs and digital files. They are created for inspiration, motivation, gifting, and collection purposes only.

They are not:

• Financial products
• Investments
• Guarantees of outcomes 
• Metaphysical or medical tools
   

All products are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once delivery has occurred.

Limited-time customization may be offered as a promotion.

• Custom text is provided by the customer
• One complimentary revision may be included, as stated in the product description
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

We reserve the right to refuse content that is abusive, illegal, or inappropriate.

NFT minting, storage, and transfer rely on third-party platforms (e.g., OpenSea, blockchain networks). DigiAmulets™ is not responsible for:

• Platform downtime
• Blockchain fees 
• Wallet errors 
• Market value changes
   

All DigiAmulet artworks, designs, text, and branding remain the intellectual property of DigiAmulets™.

Purchasing a DigiAmulet grants you personal, non-commercial use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiAmulets™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

These Terms are governed by applicable EU law and international consumer protection regulations.
